Overall amazing experience with Robinson Property
Robinson Property has provided me with a great rental. They have been fast to fix most minor issues we have had with the property! I have rated them 4/5 stars as their communication hasn’t always been the best but is always lovely!

Efficient execution of tenant replacement
Very pleased with the way Robinsons managed the replacement tenancy, promptly finalising the previous tenant exit and arranging new tenant inspections, verifications, rental rate increase and lease finalisation. Karen Tannock and Demi McGinty the attending agent worked well on this. I was kept sufficiently informed.

Excellent team
We have used the Robinson team for several years with our investment property. They have always provided great service and have been good with identifying quality tenants. Their financial reporting is also great and easy for tax time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly staff
Overall the staff have been helpful and kind, they probably could get better at informing us of things we have asked about but I do understand that the realestate industry is so busy at the moment that they probably have so many clients to deal with.
