As someone who has never moved out of home before, and has very minimal experience with the processes of renting, I found that the knowledge, communication and professionalism that my agent provided for my family and I were exceptional. Our agent made sure that we were comfortable and understanding throughout the whole process, and after a short while were able to provide us with the opportunity of a lifetime to move into our ideal rental house. I highly recommend Robinson Property to anyone looking to find a home.

I moved from the UK which meant it was more difficult to organise accommodation and work around the timeline, I found that they always answered my calls and listened to me and helped me.

Hello. I recently moved into a new rental apartment through Robinson property service. It is difficult to find a rental house these days. I, too, have tried the application several times, but each time, the agent's delayed reply and lack of communication, the simplicity of the inspection, and the indifference of the agents only increased my disappointment. But this Robinson property agent was different. As soon as I contacted, the agent Demi responded to me, and the process was simple and clear with a quick response. The detailed explanation and kindness even during the inspection made her want to rent with this company. I really highly recommend it. I will continue to use the Robinson property company in the future. thank you

We have two apartments which are managed by Robinson. They have made life as a property owner very easy. We appreciate their guidance on appropriate rents to charge and that there has been very little time that the properties have been untenanted. Our favourite aspect is that all the strata, rates and water bills are sent directly to Robinson and paid by them; the rental income balance is then deposited into our account. We have never considered changed to a different company and probably never will.

Robinson Property have been handling my rental since we purchsed for 8 years. In that time their communication has ben excellent and no issue is too small or insignificant for them to follow up. We have had 3 tenants within that time and they certainly did a great job in sourcing new quality tenants and vetting them to help make the final decision. A very professional company, I would not hesitate to recommend them

The processing of renting through Robinson could not have been smoother. From the initial stage of applying, to getting follow up calls to let me know where the application is up to - I was always kept updated. Erica has also been so accommodating with being able to collect keys, return paperwork so that it fits into my work schedule. Moving home is such a stressful time, but I am so thankful for the team at Robinson for making it stress free where they could.
