We had been looking for a house for some time and had decided to drive past two houses that were listed for sale to get an idea of their location. One house had already sold, but the other still had its for sale sign up. We noticed a car in the yard and thought it wouldn't hurt to stop and speak with the gentleman standing near the car. It was Roger. He was waiting to show some other people through the house. He didn't mind at all us dropping in unexpectedly. From our very first introduction to finalizing the sale, Roger (and Monica) was a real pleasure to associate with.
