We purchased a home that was being sold through Roger Loughnan Real Estate. We worked with both Roger and Monica through the process, and found them to be very gracious in their facilitation of the relationship and communications between us and the seller. As this was my first home purchase, Monica was very patient with all of my questions and guided me through the process, though I wasn't her client. Roger had the difficult job of answering the tough questions regarding the house put to him from my in-laws and partner. He was professional through it all, and I found him warm and kind. They accommodated multiple site visits, helped us negotiate a final price acceptable by all, and worked with the seller on additional requests. Overall I felt that they wanted the best for us as well as their client, and did very well to help us meet in the middle. We would certainly use their services in the future.

Having had some really bad experiences with agents in the past, to find this agent was very refreshing.Roger and his team were honest, reliable and extremely helpful in making the process go smoothly. They obviously had great communication with the vendor and made us feel very confident with what is a major purchase.
