We purchased a home that was being sold through Roger Loughnan Real Estate. We worked with both Roger and Monica through the process, and found them to be very gracious in their facilitation of the relationship and communications between us and the seller. As this was my first home purchase, Monica was very patient with all of my questions and guided me through the process, though I wasn't her client. Roger had the difficult job of answering the tough questions regarding the house put to him from my in-laws and partner. He was professional through it all, and I found him warm and kind. They accommodated multiple site visits, helped us negotiate a final price acceptable by all, and worked with the seller on additional requests.
