We bought our beautiful property from Roger. We found him courteous, professional, sensitive to our needs and those of the vendor. He followed through with his promises and what impressed us was his honesty, integrity and the good old country charm. Having dealt with city real estate people all my life, I found this quite refreshing. His knowledge of the area was exemplary. I would highly recommend his services. Kind Regards , Jenny.

Monica put a realistic price on my home, so sold it very quickly. She gave me all the information I needed when selling a property, so I would recommend her and Roger Loughnan to my friends if they want to put their property on the market

It was an absolute pleasure purchasing a home with Roger and his team. For many, buying a home is a major life decision and Roger is a wonderful person to make that with. He genuinely cares about the outcome for both the buyer and the seller and is honest, reliable, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. He makes an effort to understand people and make the process right for them. As a result, Roger is now a part of our happy memories of buying our dream home.

Roger and Monica were fantastic. They worked hard at getting the best prIce for our home and exceeded our expectations for a real estate. Our house was not an easy sell but they stuck to the task and got the job done. Truly agents who work for the owner and not the buyer which was refreshing. Roger has been previously trained in the Jenman system which is all about honesty and integrity and I must say that both Roger and Monica display these qualities and more. We highly recommended Roger Loughnan Real Estate and sincerely thank Roger and Monica for selling our home.

My partner and I spent many months searching to buy 'just the right home'. It is an arduous task, however Roger was a great help to us with his excellent local knowledge and a realistic down-to-earth approach. I can certainly understand why he is so successful, as his professional, friendly manner sets him apart from other salespeople. There was no sales pitch and nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly recommend Roger to any vendor or buyer. He made our whole experience so much more enjoyable. Monica and Susan were also great to deal with. Thanks again! Cheers Julie Taylor and Shane Elbourne

Monica is really good to deal with. We spent a lot of time looking at the property and Monica was patient and pleasant to deal with at all times. She was well informed and came prepared with relevant mapping for the property. She was effective in brokering a mutually acceptable deal.
