We were so fortunate to have found Robert to sell our house. We had previously listed our house with another agent from a different realestate and they had our house on the market for well over 100 days. Robert accepted every challenge and proactively found potential buyers for our property where our previous one solely relied on realestate.com. Robert has a contract down on our house in under 3 weeks. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone wanting to sell their property as no task is too big or too small. If you consider Robert you will not be disappointed!

Rob was easy going, responded to my queries in a timely way and kept me in the loop throughout the process from offer to settlement. Good experience overall.

Rob Russell was recommended to me by a friend He surpassed my expectations in all respects, from the outset he displayed a passion for what he was doing and went about everything he did with urgency and purpose and professionalism. He was so good at getting the right stylist to present the house, he recommended landscaping changes that transformed the external appearance of the property. I can't over emphasise how much help he was in the process. In the nicest possible way I can only say he is an absolute "freak". Well done Rob!

I have used Rob to sell 2 rental houses. He is very proactive and nothing is too much trouble. He will work with you to maximise the return on your investment. He is very patient and hard working and won't just try and get you to accept the first 1/2 decent offer that comes along.
