I have bought and sold many properties with James and wouldn't want to deal with any other agent in our area. James is trustworthy and a really down to earth guy, he actively looked for an investment property for me and followed through from start to finish keeping me up to date with any information along the way. Thanks James great job yet again .. :)

Steve and his team have been a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, ethical, and honest. Nothing was too much trouble and communications were easy and timely. I was never left wondering what was happening. I was impressed with the skills, knowledge and efficiency of all those I dealt with from the agency. Steve and Erin were my main contacts and they were both very personable and empathic to my situation. I was very comfortable with their advice and opinions and always felt they worked towards the best outcome for me. They went above and beyond what I expected and I am extremely happy with the service they provided.

My wife and I met James through an open house at Tura Beach. We didn't live in the area and weren't in a hurry to purchase a property so we explained our situation to James and let him know what we were looking for and in which area. James kept in touch over a number of months and, long story short, he found us just what we were looking for. James' local knowledge is excellent and he was very thorough and informative when providing information and updates. Thanks for everything James!
