Reliable, thorough and professional
Robert has been managing my properties for over 2 years and he is very professional in all his dealings with me and my tenants. Ratcliff Mathews have now managed my property for more than 7 years and I could not be happier with their professionalism and communication during that time. Most recently they have overseen the departure of one set of tenants and the sourcing of new tenants within a very short period following the notification of intent to vacate. All applications were forwarded in a timely manner and a competitive weekly rental rate was negotiated in line with local market trends. Ratcliff Mathews also coordinated a professional painter to address some important improvements during the 2 days the unit was vacant. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Ratcliff Mathews Real Estate.

Understands the market and looks for options
I contacted a number of Real Estates, and as unfortunately usual, not many came back to me with options. Robert has a clear idea of the northern beaches market and he was not only quickly to follow up he also brought different options to consider and best way to rent my house. He also embraces feedback, for example when we recently discussed best amount to put rent up which is usually a delicate subject.

High quality communication and professionalism!
We have been communicating with Robert Ljubic for our recent successful application and it has been an extremely smooth and easy process. Robert from Ratcliff Mathews Real Estate ("RMRE") helped me rent out my Dee Why unit during the COVID-19 pandemic when I had moved away to live in the Lake Macquarie area. Rob makes a landlords' job easy
Rob is so easy to do business with. He is looking after my property for the second year. He is always available for questions, and always has a good option or answer. Straight up and down
I worked with Robert as a prospective tenant and now a real tenant. He was friendly and clear in his communication via email, in person and on the phone. Unlike other agents in the area who played games like asking me offer more rent weekly and 3 months up front, I felt Robert was honest and just got on and got the job done.
