This is the first time we have looked for an agent to lease our property, after meeting several agents we agreed to go with Rob from Ratcliffe Matthews. He took us step by step through the process and essentially held our hand along the way. Giving advice on not only what we needed to know but tips along the way. He has been responsive and has handled a lot of the smaller things himself. After we signed up we were talking with friends and they were needing to break their lease due to relocation and also they had had some leaks in their rental due to heavy rain. They were raving about how fast and responsive their agent was and really looked after them. Turns out they are leasing off RCM as well. It really gave us confidence that our property and tenants would be looked after too (so important having been renters ourselves). We have a lot of confidence in our partnership with Ratcliffe Matthews and very happy that we chose them.

Ratcliff Mathews have now managed my property for more than 7 years and I could not be happier with their professionalism and communication during that time. Most recently they have overseen the departure of one set of tenants and the sourcing of new tenants within a very short period following the notification of intent to vacate.
