My Ratcliff Mathews agent Robert Ljubic has been nothing but professional in every aspect of my rental. However, all my expectations were exceeded when my tenants gave notice just before Christmas last year. I was overseas at the time, but any stress was alleviated when Robert promised to take care of everything. He certainly did! He secured excellent tenants before the end of December and communicated with me at every turn while I was away. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Robert Ljubic took care of us just before Christmas. He was very helpful with all processes and my question. We haven’t had to wait for inspection nor see the place with other people (which gives lots of pressure 😂) and he was pretty flexible with my time frame as I was very busy at work. Also, I felt safe because he was caring about my request for my new place and followed it up with the landlord. Highly recommend this agency, especially Robert. Thank you, Robert. Rob has been amazing throughout this process and has been prompt and efficient with his replies. Despite being on leave, he made himself available to show us the property, address any questions and concerns and processed the application and had the lease for signage within 3 days. He kept us updated with each inspection, giving us honest feedback on each person who inspected the property, whilst also giving us his professional opinion each time we asked a question. This is the second time we have used Robert when renting out our granny flat. The first time he got us great tenants who stayed at our property for 5 years, (only to leave as we were building on our property and the whole site needed to be vacant during the construction).
