Efficient and pleasant to work with
Robert Ljubic has been managing our Commercial Property in Brookvale for over 12 months and he has been efficient and pleasant to work with. Regular emails have been sent to update us with any new information and payments received from the tenant with respect for our decisions about any changes. We appreciate the fact that we can confidently leave the management of the Storage room in his capable hands and are particularly pleased that he promptly found another suitable and satisfied tenant when the previous tenant’s lease expired with no gap in the regular payments.

Robert, as a property manager, stands out compared to previous agents. He is approachable, personable and gives personised service, without the restrictions of servicing a heavy portfolio. Great agency
I would like to thank Robert Ljubic for all of his help, nothing was a problem thanks to his help every thing went according to plan.Moving can be very stressful, most people only move once or twice in a life time, so its not a user friendly exercise. but thanks to Ratcliffe Mathews real Estate, every thing went well.
