Great value, stress-free property management
Robert and the Ratcliff Matthews team provided all of the services you need with no stress, fuss, or complication. They took the headache out of being a landlord. Inspection reports were thorough and clear with good quality images. They seemed to have a good relationship with the tenants. Any problems that arise are dealt with quickly and professionally with minimal fuss, and Robert was always happy to go the extra mile to help out in order to meet our needs when he could. I will not hesitate to reach out to Ratcliff Matthews for the management of our next investment property.

Efficient and Actionable
Gila and Hannah do a fantastic job of keeping me informed and keeping the property up to date. We have just had a tenancy change and it was painless in the transition with some tradies required to come in to do some maintenance. Moreover, they minimised the down time before a new tenant could start.

Good Agents
Schwarz has been good thus far. Have been quick to respond to requests and maintenance. Were also patient in the initial stages, with documentation and getting lease together etc Property was immaculately cleaned when we moved in as well as having fresh paint and new carpets.
