Very honest

My property consultant is Jo Ferguson, who is excellent at her job and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. A recent renovation at my property 25/127 Queenscliff Rd, Queenscliff I thought was going to be a hassle, but with Jo’s guidance and advice, using her team of chosen tradesmen who were competent, reliable and skilful, the renovation proceeded smoothly and without delay. Jo was the great communication link between the agency, the owner and the tradesmen, which worked extremely well. Upon completion, Jo organised the advertising, leasing and setting the appropriate rent. In addition she organised the payments for the work done. It goes without saying that she is extraordinary and a huge asset to Schwarz Real Estate Agency, which I unreservedly recommend to both owners and renters alike. DIANNE ALCORN
