Robert Ljubic has been the property manager at my house in Collaroy Plateau for 2.5 years. He is very honest, thorough and level headed and always contacts us back promptly. We are very happy to have Robert as our property manager.

Great experience!
We were looking to upsize our current rental property within the Dee Why area and found Robert at Ratcliff Mathews to be such a huge help in finding the right place for our young family to call home. He was able to provide us with private inspections and additional viewing of the property of interest during the Covid restrictions, and it was greatly appreciated. He kindly followed up on our interest and responded very fast to any questions we had. We appreciated how quick and easy he made applying for the property and made the approval process stress free. We had met Robert on previous inspections over the years renting in Dee Why and he has always been so friendly, professional and efficient in his communication and it really makes a big difference to have a real estate agent so interested in helping potential tenants. We would definitely recommend leasing a property through Robert at Ratcliff Mathews.

Excellent Service
When my tenants left my apartment at the end of the lease and my agent Jo kept me informed at each step and the processes involved when we had to re-let it.
