Answering our tenants and our concerns at the moment they eventuate. We are really great full for all his amazing work. From the first day I met Property Manager, Robert Ljubic, of Ratcliff Mathews Real Estate (RMRE) 2 years ago (June 2018) I was impressed with his professional, immaculate appearance & manner. My impression of Robert has increased more recently during the process of preparing my rental property for new tenants, and for screening potential new tenants, because he is a patient young man with good listening skills. Robert also communicates well, concisely, because he has an attention to detail - all characteristics which I consider to generally be lacking with younger adults these days. It's apparent Robert also has excellent time management & organisational skills due to his ability to arrange all tradies, (and myself for that matter, to organise my personal access to unit due 'old' keys), in a timely manner and to finalise a comprehensive first class presentation of my property.
