Having purchased an investment property via another agent in Manly recently, it was probably easier to stay with that agent for the needed new tenant serach. However upon reflection Schwarz R E team was doing everything I need from a Property Management team and Dominic (the primary person I was dealing with initially) correctly stated the distance from Freshwater to Manly was irrelevant overall, and they were managing 2 other properties for the aggregated family. During a very stressful time for my family, Robert Ljubic has been very supportive and accessible. We were forced to put a family home up for rental due to financial stress resulting from the COVID-19 crises.
