Friendly and Helpful Agency
During a very stressful time for my family, Robert Ljubic has been very supportive and accessible. We were forced to put a family home up for rental due to financial stress resulting from the COVID-19 crises. To add to the drama of sudden loss of income, we live interstate and due to travel restrictions, largely relied on Robert to organise the various issues involved in renting a property for the first time. The property was not without its challenges but Robert succeeded in securing a tenant in a timely and efficient manner. We highly recommend him.....thank you Robert!

Awesome Agent

It is a very professional effort on everyone's part and I am very pleased with the new tenant you have recommended. I would always refer your Property Manager Robert to any future clients as he has always been available for any discussions re leasing negotiations of the unit and has gone out of his way to answer any queries I had. The Principals of Ratcliff Mathews Sandra and Paul Wilson also have at any time been very helpful to me as has Rosa on their reception. Great agent
We rented our property through Ratcliff for more then a year now. Robert our agent has done absolutely amazing job from the beginning finding good tenants, repairs. Answering our tenants and our concerns at the moment they eventuate. We are really great full for all his amazing work. We would recommend this agency to anyone who is thinking of renting or selling property.

Great Property Manager - Robert Ljubic
From the first day I met Property Manager, Robert Ljubic, of Ratcliff Mathews Real Estate (RMRE) 2 years ago (June 2018) I was impressed with his professional, immaculate appearance & manner. My impression of Robert has increased more recently during the process of preparing my rental property for new tenants, and for screening potential new tenants, because he is a patient young man with good listening skills. Robert also communicates well, concisely, because he has an attention to detail - all characteristics which I consider to generally be lacking with younger adults these days. It's apparent Robert also has excellent time management & organisational skills due to his ability to arrange all tradies, (and myself for that matter, to organise my personal access to unit due 'old' keys), in a timely manner and to finalise a comprehensive first class presentation of my property. Nothing was too hard! Thank you Robert and RMRE. I strongly suggest the principal of RMRE considers a pay increase for Robert because I personally would be very disappointed to lose him. Reliable, professional and great costumer service!

Great Agency!
There are some really good agents around, and these are some of the best. Responsive and helpful communications to me as a prospective tenant, and we had the lease in place (with our pet) within a week. There seemed to be a genuine desire to get the right tenants for the landlord, and we were impressed with how smoothly everything went. Thanks for your help.
