I've dealt with Ratcliff Mathews in Dee Why as a tenant before and had a great experience, everyone is very cordial and helpful, specially Robert, the Property Manager, who goes above and beyond to make sure you are well looked after. As I had this previous experience, I decided to work with them to lease my property, I wanted to make sure my tenants were well looked after - and now I have had a great experience as a landlord, at least initially, Robert managed to rent my property above the asking price during very challenging times with the coronavirus. I'm sure they will look after myself, my property and my tenants really well, and that's the reason for why I came back to Ratcliff.
