Robert Ljubic is calm and deliberate. His demeanour in our search for a property was perfect. There was no unneccesary pushing, and he provided prompt and clear responses to all of our questions. His introduction to the property was very thorough. In the first instance via a video walk-through, then, to complete filling in of the gaps in our knowledge with explanations. He is a professional.

I was as a land lord contacted by Robert Ljubic of Ratcliff Mathews real estate to lease my house in Frenchs forest. He viewed the house gave options on the correct value to advertise the property. He organised Photos to be taken which were very good. The advert went on the real estate website plus other sites and the replies started almost straight away. He listened to my requirements with many inspections given. Always letting me know inspection times and feedback from those inspections. Always on time, easy to deal with and an absolute pleasure to deal with. It was let in a timely way. You cannot fault the service. I would recommend his work to anyone.
