Melinda has been a rare and fortunate find for us in the difficult sydney market. She has been honest, reliable, easy to work with and fair to both the buyer and vendor. She strives to keep everyone happy and we never felt like she was just trying to make a commission. She helped us find the right home in a tough market and we cant recommend her enough. We would definately sell and buy again through her should the opportunity arise. Thanks Melinda, we cannot thank you enough!

What can I say? We are truly lost for words for the above and beyond service that Melinda and David provided us for sale of our property. From start to finish, Melinda has been invested in getting us the best possible outcome and has been there with us every step of the way. From helping us get our house ready for sale, to identifying potential buyers and maintaining solid networks, we really appreciate the dedication and passion Melinda gave us. Selling our house after only one inspection, for a price that exceeded our expectations is more then we could have asked for. A big thank you to a Melinda and her family.

Under Melinda’s help, my property was sold in 2 weeks at a very satisfy price. Melinda is very professional and understands the market very well. We don't need to worry anything as Melinda has already prepared them. She worked so hard to achieve the goal. We are very glad that we chose Melinda to sell our property. Highly recommended.

Melinda is a professional, honest, trustworthy and hardworking agent. She had managed our rental property and was able to get excellent tenants immediately after it was available for rent. We intended to sell the property last year but had decided to postpone because people kept on telling us that the property market was slowing down and we were worried that it was going to take time to sell and we won't get good price for it. This year we decided to take the chance and put the property on the market. Melinda advised us to get the unit refreshed to make it more presentable and to increase its value. Although we were sceptical, we followed her advice to have the unit repainted, timber floor installed, etc. Much to our surprise, the unit was sold before any opens and scored block record. Thank you Melinda!

Hi Melinda Very big thanks to you and your team for selling our property at our expectations. We are very glad that we choose you as our real state agent. We really appreciate your efforts that you put through to sell our property. We found you very cooperative, friendly and hard working. Your daily communication to us means a lot to me especially during this period and added to our confidence in you. In future if we have to sell or buy any property we will not look anywhere else except Seeto real estate. We thank you very much again for being a part of this sale. Best Regards Humaira and Hanif 16Aug2017

My neighbour sold a property and I was disappointed with the result so I thought I'd do my research before deciding on an agent. We interviewed a handful of agents, some who promised a lot for next to no effort which was great for us but they did not provide us comfort as to how they will achieve it. We were recommended Melinda and she was just so different with how she treated us! She gave us a realistic price and made a lot of sense! She understood what we wanted and guided us in the whole process. When we were given offers after 1 inspection that were substantially higher than what we had originally wanted and Melinda advised us to expect better offers, we followed her advice. On Sunday night, the day after the first open, Melinda came to our home with an offer we would never have imagined. And that's the street record of $660,000. I build relationships with good people I come across. And Melinda is one such person I will always keep in touch with. Our property was good. Melinda's work was great.

Melinda was recommended to me by several colleagues and I'm glad they did. She was warm and direct yet friendly. It was a reluctant sale for us and our family weren't in unison with putting it up for sale at first. Melinda wasn't pushy and instead put our family at ease. After just one open Melinda presented us with offers which were above our expectation. Being a local, I had my finger on the pulse so I knew they were good offers. However I wanted Melinda's input and she said if it was her property she would only settle on a better offer! We trusted her and sure enough she gave us an offer that was about $30,000 more than the price a similar unit next block sold for (it was advertised in the same month or thereabouts). I see Melinda not as an agent, but as an upfront person who means what she says, and more. She has my respect, friendship and recommendation. If anyone is considering her as his/her agent, I'd be delighted to share my experience. Job well done, Melinda!
