I liked Melinda for her sincerity and energy when I first saw her. She didn't come across as an agent and us (group of ladies) found her to be truthful and considerate. Selling was a consideration to me but I was really tempted when Melinda sold my neighbour's property for the highest price in the suburb. When a close friend decide to sell in another suburb I thought I'd recommend Melinda for her language skills as my friend can only speak Chinese but her son can only speak English! Again they raved of how Melinda got their home a street record when other houses on their street weren't selling. I couldn't believe that that house I've been in so many times could fetch anywhere near that amount. So selling was then my top priority. I wanted the 3rd time to be my turn so here it is! A sale price close to $90k above valuation for my 1 bedroom apartment! Next time I'll get her to sell again and this time I'll charge her a referral fee! Haha!

We had to sell to relocate urgently. Melinda acted swiftly in a slow market. We noticed she took just a few days to sell a property in our block and it was a street record. She was incredibly proactive and patient throughout the buying process (despite us changing a few times) - which was great for us as we were first home buyers. I wish I had gone to Melinda first! My property was mismanaged by an agency and failed to sell with another 2 agents across 4-5 months after that. So I was simply fed up with agents and their promises. I approached Melinda thinking I'll get the same old sales pitch but she was very considerate and refreshing. Before I knew it she's already got offers and my property sold within 1 week. ONE week! After 4-5 months of failed campaigns with other agents Melinda superseded my expectations in 1 week!
