Melinda Seeto (Seeto Real Estate) managed the Sale of our apartment. We would like to thank Melinda and her team, for her huge help with this transaction. She helped us see the real value of our apartment, arrange the apartment, market it and negotiate a great price for us. What's even more exciting is the fact she found our apartment a new family in just 2 inspections. All of these, during a period, when the market wasn't exactly busy. Strongly recommended!

I liked Melinda for her sincerity and energy when I first saw her. She didn't come across as an agent and us (group of ladies) found her to be truthful and considerate. Selling was a consideration to me but I was really tempted when Melinda sold my neighbour's property for the highest price in the suburb. When a close friend decide to sell in another suburb I thought I'd recommend Melinda for her language skills as my friend can only speak Chinese but her son can only speak English! Again they raved of how Melinda got their home a street record when other houses on their street weren't selling. I couldn't believe that that house I've been in so many times could fetch anywhere near that amount. So selling was then my top priority. I wanted the 3rd time to be my turn so here it is! A sale price close to $90k above valuation for my 1 bedroom apartment! Next time I'll get her to sell again and this time I'll charge her a referral fee! Haha!

In December 2016, I was looking for my first investment property. Having Melinda as my real estate agent made the process easier than expected as she communicated key points with clarity and swiftly, and engaged with me in a courteous and professional manner. I felt confident that she valued me as a client and recommend her highly.

Melinda is very warm and focussed. During the quiet period she was hard at work coming in and out a few times a day with buyers and gave us the quick settlement that we needed. She took the load off us and was flexible to work around our schedule and access restrictions. Thank you for the good, quick result and I wish Melinda more good sales!

I had been trying to sell my property for over a year and when I switched to Melinda she got a buyer in 10 days at the advertised price! I can't recommend her highly enough!

We had to sell to relocate urgently. Melinda acted swiftly in a slow market. We noticed she took just a few days to sell a property in our block and it was a street record. At the same time 3 other properties in our block remained on sale over a few months with other agencies especially in a slow market. Our friends spoke highly of Melinda so the decision to choose Melinda was an easy one. Within a couple of weeks she managed to get us 3 solid offers and we left Melinda to communicate consistently with them over the next 2 days to get us an offer that we could not refuse! We of course recommend Melinda to anyone thinking of selling!

Melinda is a honest, trustworthy and informative agent. She was incredibly proactive and patient throughout the buying process (despite us changing a few times) - which was great for us as we were first home buyers. What differentiates her from other agents is her friendly attitude, her patience and knowledge of the area, her willingness to provide honest property and styling advice and her fast response times during the holiday season. We would not hesitate to recommend her as a real estate agent. I am sure we will be purchasing from her again!

I wish I had gone to Melinda first! My property was mismanaged by an agency and failed to sell with another 2 agents across 4-5 months after that. So I was simply fed up with agents and their promises. I approached Melinda thinking I'll get the same old sales pitch but she was very considerate and refreshing. Before I knew it she's already got offers and my property sold within 1 week. ONE week! After 4-5 months of failed campaigns with other agents Melinda superseded my expectations in 1 week! What else do I need to say but hopefully when Melinda's business becomes more successful she can maintain her results. All the best and happy new year! Sorry for the lateness but life gets busy.

Melinda worked hard and smart to sell our apartment. Our neighbour was selling at the same time through her and she timed everything right to get excellent results for both or us. As I was overseas at the time, all I did was give her a set of keys and she took care of everything to get it ready for sale. Her communication kept me informed so I was confident that things were being handled and I am very happy with the result. If you are looking for an agent you don't need to look any further than Melinda.
