Dear Melinda, it has been an absolutely fantastic experience going through the process of selling my property with you as the agent. Your excellent market knowledge and awareness in the domain gave us tremendouse confidence at all times in achieving the desired outcome. The extra effort and pain you took at the initial stages and through out the process, to bring the property up to its real potential, was a real game changer. We love your confident and professional approach and would choose you any day for similar endeavours. Wish you all the best.

As a property lawyer I've encountered my fair share of real estate agents and I've got to say, Melinda is one of the nicest. She communicates well, is friendly, willing to help, hard-working and very prompt from the beginning of the process right through to settlement. Many agents stops putting the effort in once exchange has occurred, but not Melinda, she goes the extra mile to answer my questions. She also cuts to the chase and I was confident in trusting the information she gave to me. Melinda also knew the property we bought very well and has a really in-depth knowledge of the Homebush area. An absolute pleasure doing business with her!

We are overwhelmed with her skills in selling property. She knows the area and works hard to achieve a good fair price for our property. Her friendly approachable manner in styling and presenting our unit was brilliant. Well done Melinda.

If you want an easy sale, don't hire Melinda. But if you want the best price for your property, hire Melinda. She will make your property look stunning with her understanding of design, property features and buyer mentality. She is also upfront about improvements and repairs that should be made prior to putting the property on market. All this means work but if you match her passion and hard word, you will be rewarded with a fast sale and a good price.

Melinda Seeto was very approchable and very profressional regarding the sevices she is able to offer. If you havent sold propertly before it can become overwhelming because there is alot to do in a short period of time, so Melinda was very helpful in giving us a step by step guide on what to do. She was very understanding and was very confident that she is able to give us top price for our property, and was very resourceful and very helpful in undertsanding what needs to be completed in order for the apartment to be in its best condition for being sold. Thankyou Melinda for all your help :-)
