Melinda is an extremely talented agent, who has the knowledge of the work she is doing. She has been extremely helpful and fair to us during the whole buying process and at no point we felt that she is acting on behalf of the vendor and we cannot trust her. I highly recommend her to anyone buying in the area.

We looked for a property for almost 7 months when we found this one through Melinda. You can imagine how exhausted we would be when we met her. Melinda Seeto is not only a fantastic Agent but a very nice person. Throughout our dealing with her for the property, she was very understanding, prompt, and righteous. She understands that being a buyer you may have questions and you will be anxious. This makes it easier for the buyer to communicate with her and she is very responsive. When you tet or email her. you almost instantly get a text back with an answer. The description in the advert was all that the property is. All the good things that she spoke of the property are as she said and the same is true for otherwise. I would love to deal with her again in future and would highly highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a property.

Our experience with Melinda whilst selling our property was by far the best interaction I have ever had with an agent. From the initial stages of listing the property and taking photos to the communication almost daily giving us updates on any developments, Melinda was reliable and always available to ensure we were getting the best service possible. Her personal commitment to helping us and dedication to her job really showed and the outcome was a fantastic result and the price that we wanted for our place! We cannot recommend her service enough. Thanks Melinda!

We didn't think we would be able to sell our property that quick! - but Melinda was able to deliver! To complicate things, the property was listed just before our 2-week holiday. Melinda kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, she was prompt to answer any questions or concerns. We found Melinda to be very knowledgeable of the market, realistic and trustworthy. Overall, it was a great experience for us first-timers in selling a property!
