Get's you value for Money, Fair for buyer and seller, Informative, After sale support, Out of bounds to help, Knowledgeable, Diligent, Proactive, and Friendly are some of the qualities I found in Melinda while dealing with her for my first home. I am very pleased with the price and condition of property that Melinda got us. I have seen Melinda adding value to the property and selling it at right price which works in favor of both Buyer and Seller. As a Buyer I am extremely happy with Melinda's work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for property. If you find the property you like and she's the agent - Just Go For It. Many Thanks Melinda, Sourabh

Melinda did a great job for us, selling our unit very quickly. Melinda also took extra steps to assist the sale, by going to the unit at unusual, out of normal hours, to allow tradesmen to complete some finishing touches. Melinda meet very late at night with prospective buyers to meet their limited time restrictions. I would recommend Melinda without hesitation.

We recently got to interact with Melinda and were absolutely delighted with her knowledge and services. She was extremely proactive and fast in supplying us with all the help and information we required for a number of properties that we looked into . What we liked best in Melinda was her absolute transparency - she was very very helpful in explaining the property, the locality and the market and made us aware of both pros and cons - all of this mattered greatly in our final decisioning. I would definitely recommend her for her capabilities and intuitive nature to help her clients and wish her all the best!

Our dealings with Melinda has been honest where she tells it how it is, and treated us more than just buyers but people who were looking for a home. Her warm nature helped us make a decision to purchase and her attention to detail and willingness to help kept us sane through the real estate minefield.

When i decided to move overseas and sell my property, i didn't really know many agents so i just searched recently sold properties and saw Melinda's name everywhere! After contacting her via email she called right away and we met to discuss everything. From the start to end Melinda made what can be incredibly stressful for some, a very painless and exciting process. She kept me in the loop at all times and answered any questions i had very promptly. Her great work resulted in multiple offers and i ended up settling everything before moving overseas. I would highly recommend Melinda to anyone who is considering selling their home as she not only does a fantastic job professionally but connects with you on a personal level and actually wants the best outcome for you and not just a sale to claim commission on, which i think is a rare quality in the world of real estate agents.

Melinda is the best person I met as a real estate agent and choose her to sell my property. I made no mistake by electing her for selling my property, she not only got the offered price but she'd even got higher than it on the first day of inspection, which is quite impressive. If anyone is choosing her as an agent then you don't have to look behind or think twice. It's on BINGO! She is loyal and she will tell everything upfront that how much a property worth, how much could be achieved and how the market is going currently even before signing contract. I wish her all the best and will be dealing with her again in future.

We had a fantastic experience with Melinda selling our unit. I made a phone call on the Tuesday to get the ball rolling and by that Saturday Melinda had already found a buyer! She made the whole process incredibly easy for us and we needed up with a better price than we were expecting to get. I have no hesitation in recommending Melinda. She works VERY hard and definitely gets things done rather than just talking about it.

We chose Melinda on the recommendation of a friend and have not been disappointed. Melinda kept in close contact and was of great help getting the unit ready for sale with suggestions that we are sure added considerably to the value. Because we live 500km away her help organising trades was important. The unit sold within one week of going on sale, and at a price better than we had hoped for. Melinda must be a superb salesperson! We would really recommend Melinda Seeto if you are selling.
