When it came to selling my Milsons Point penthouse, Richard would not have been an obvious choice as his usual area for sales is Mosman and Cremorne. My husband and I bought our first Mosman property from Richard several years ago and I recently bought my new home from him, so I had come to know him quite well over the years. When Richard knew that I was about to put my apartment on the market, he was keen to talk to me about his approach. I was impressed and agreed that he should be the agent for my property. To successfully sell a property 3 elements are needed. Preparation, marketing and negotiation. For preparation Richard introduced a full team of painters, pool inspector, building inspector, photography, styling etc which all resulted in a beautifully presented property. For marketing Richard (a senior ex advertising executive) spent much time and effort developing an individual plan specifically tailored for our specific property, not the usual ‘one size fits all’ from other agents. For negotiating, suffice to say his skills are unmatched. Because Richard successfully brings all three elements together, we have no hesitation in highly recommending his services.
