Hi Rich & Sam Thank you both for making the sale process of our property seamless. Selling a home is a stressful time and your professionalism and support throughout the process was exceptional, which made the process that much easier. Down to the smallest detail, you had it covered and the communication was fantastic. Richard, your strategic approach is very different to others and thanks to that, we achieved the desired result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simeon Partners as property agents in the future. Thank you again on achieving a great result.

Hi Richard and Samantha I just wanted to write to say how delighted Jerry and I are with the sale of our property. We interviewed several estate agents before we appointed you. We felt that you had the best understanding of our property, the likely buyer and the best sales strategy… and this has proven to be the case. You have a really deep understanding of the local area – especially in Beauty Point – and this positions you brilliantly to advise both buyers and sellers. And you are masterful at going the extra mile with interested buyers to meet their needs and close the sale. We are very grateful, thank you.

When it came time to sell my mother’s house, choosing the right real estate agent was crucial for us. We found exactly what we were looking for in Richard Simeon and his associate, Samantha. Their approach to selling property is refreshingly sophisticated and effective. Unlike the standard methods that focus overly on the quantity of showings or contract requests, Richard prioritizes quality. He ensured that the right people saw the property, leading us to receive the right offer, rather than just any offer. Throughout the process, Richard was more than an agent, he was a reliable guide. His responsiveness, clear communication and advice were exemplary. What particularly stood out was his empathy and understanding during a time of significant change. Choosing Simeon Partners to handle the sale was a great decision and a wise one. We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property with a trusted professional at the helm.

We made a snap decision to sell very close to Christmas, which may have been risky. We both recognized that with all the interest rate rises, achieving a great price was going to be a challenge. They didn't waste time, in one week Richard and his team refurbished and marketed the property. He had a strategy, which he executed, and my god, did Richard and Samantha deliver. They were upfront, transparent and very easy to deal with. I couldn't recommend them any higher!

Melody is an experienced agent who understands the local market and buyers and has a great network of sophisticated property marketing resources to rely on in every stage of the sale process. She was quick to respond to any of our requests and messages which made us able to rest easy during the campaign. From our perspective, the key to success was her being realistic and transparent both with us and the buyers from the start. We appreciated the comprehensive weekly campaign updates, leveraging technology and data but also including personal feedback, insights and guiding through the next steps in the chosen strategy. Melody showed great empathy for all parties involved but always had our back, provided the support and advice we needed. We knew she was in it with us all the way, never rushed, no matter what hours it took. In the end, our home sold well, above all expectations. As our chosen agent, without a doubt, Melody did everything possible to make it happen. Melody brings great harmony to selling your property. She makes it look easy and very rewarding at the same time. Thank you Melody and the Simeon Partners team!

Richard Simeon recently helped us to sell our property. We contacted him after seeing how he went about the sale of other properties in the area. Richard has an impressively detailed knowledge of the area and was able to give us an accurate assessment of the potential value of our property. He also had prospective purchasers already in mind. Richard understood our particular requirements for the sale process including an off-market sale and special arrangements for settlement. He gave us sound advice, was always available and helpful, and was able to guide us through to achieving the sale with no pressure but a good outcome which was exactly in accordance with his initial undertaking to us. We have bought and sold several properties over the years. We can recommend Richard Simeon as an agent of integrity who delivers an exceptionally high quality service.
