Throughout the rental process Smart Rentals have been keen to work with me in certain amendments to the contract and more than happy to elaborate on certain parts of the contract that I was unsure of. On the occasions where I have had facilities issues they have been keen to help me rectify to the point of one of the property managers coming and showing me how my oven actually works. Only thing I would like to see fixed is a bit more upfront advertising of the details of utilities payments and the payments schedule.
