Smart Rentals was good until it was time to vacate. I had to send through bond clean receipts many times. They said the house was not clean enough. I asked them if they called the bond cleaning company back to fix it and they said yes. I asked the cleaning company and they said no they never got a call back and this was 2 weeks later. Smart Rentals property manager then said "the owners can hold your bond for between 1-3 years" absolute rubbish. So we filled in our own bond return form and got it back.
