My experience has been amazing. Fantastic team with quick responses making the rental process stress free. Thank you!

Smart Rentals Townsville

Smart Rentals was good until it was time to vacate. I had to send through bond clean receipts many times. They said the house was not clean enough. I asked them if they called the bond cleaning company back to fix it and they said yes. I asked the cleaning company and they said no they never got a call back and this was 2 weeks later. Smart Rentals property manager then said "the owners can hold your bond for between 1-3 years" absolute rubbish. So we filled in our own bond return form and got it back.

This agency has been wonderful in so many ways. They communicate well, look after the property like their own, and are thorough and responsive. They were able to advocate for our best interests in an unfortunate situation with tenants. Highly recommend.
