From the minute we contatcted Shanti and the team we had a very positive experience. Everyone we spoke to were polite and friendly and happy to answer every question we had. They know the market well and what was available within our price range. Michael allowed us time at the open home to explore and discuss our options, without being on top of us, and we found this very respectful. Shanti was excellent in communicating and able to answer every message I sent - and there were a lot - quickly and honestly. It was reassuring to be able to communicate at any time and the fast responses were very helpful. Shanti made the entire process simple and easy to understand for us.
