We recently dealt with Shanti and the SOLD team on the purchase of our investment property in Caves Beach. Shanti was extremely communicative, polite, honest, and while she works for the vendors, always had our best interest at heart. She was able to get the deal done quickly, and we look forward to working with her in the future. Thanks once again Shanti, you and your team are great.

Well done Shanti and Ben for a 5 star rating! Your professional and personal manner reinforced our choice of agent. Throughout the whole process we appreciated the clear communication, knowledge, advice and friendly rapport, providing a smooth transition during an emotional time. It was evident that both vendor and buyer were valued and respected, with the desire to achieve a positive and happy outcome for both. Thank you SOLD !

Shanti and Ben made my experience as a first time vendor very easy from start to finish. My property wasn’t the most attractive but Ben and Shanti weren’t deterred and delivered the result I was after in a timely manner. The buyer wasn’t the most cooperative, however they stuck to their guns and got it over the line for me despite the issues and delays on the buyers end.

Ben was very professional in his dealings with me. He was always on hand to answer my phone calls and turned up to show me around the property whenever I requested a visit a number of times. I am from Sydney, and he was able to share his knowledge of the local and surrounding areas. As I had already sold my home in Sydney, he was able to arrange with the owner settlement under 30 days to accommodate my move.

It was always going to be Shanti to sell our home. She is the most experienced in Caves Beach, has 33 years experience and the hardest working agent I know working late in the night and from the frack of dawn to deliver, she never rests till she gets the job done. She has the personal touch is very careing and always remembers the minutest detail. Shanti exceeded our expectations and delivered, the whole time being very patient with me and I am not the easiest person to get along with.

Thank you to for an easy process from Shanti, Ben and their team. Ben was terrific to deal with and very responsive in communication. He was clear from the outset regarding the sellers expectations and we made the best offer we could based on this. It was taken to the seller and true to his word, was accepted. You can't ask for much more than that. The remaining process with the team was stress free and we felt in good hands the whole time. We love our new home. Thank you Shanti & Ben.
