Wow wow wow! This is the second property that Shanti and Ben have sold for me. The first was in a rising market and this one in a declining market and on both occasions the team at SOLD delivered well above my market expectations! Their experience and knowledge in all market conditions is outstanding. I would highly recommend Shanti and Ben to everyone.

We listed our house in Murrays Beach with Sold Real Estate after our first meeting with Shanti and Ben. They knew the local market really well, educated us in the things that we didn't understand and gave us the valuation we wanted. Their communication process throughout was amazing and they are so passionate about what they do. We sold the house after 2 open inspections and Shanti and Ben to anyone selling in Lake Macquarie.

We missed the boom by about two months, due to renovating, so thought the idea of getting our dream price was out of the question. After a slow start, Shanti and Ben never gave up, and within three months, along with constant interest rate rises, we got our sale with a top end price. We are so happy and the team at SOLD got the job done

We highly recommend Shanti and Ben. Our advise would be to take their advise let them do it their way and organise everything and you will get the price you want and probably a bit more. Didn't expect to sell so quick. Great job by both of you Thankyou

From the moment Shanti & Ben stepped through our front door we knew instantly they were the right people for the job. They made us feel at ease with the entire selling process. Their service, knowledge and expertise is a grade above the rest. We felt that Shanti & Ben genuinely wanted the best for us, and that's exactly what they delivered. I am so happy we sold our home through SOLD, we made the best decision.

Shanti was easy to work with, her knowledge of the market was fantastic. The presentation of our property for selling was excellent. Both Shanti and Ben kept us informed throughout the process and best of all achieved a great sale price for us.

Shanti and Ben are a very professional team. They aimed for a record price and achieved this for our style of unit. They gave detailed feedback after each inspection and followed up each prospective buyer. Taking care of issues related to the sale, made more difficult due to our distance from the property, was done quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too difficult or too much trouble for them.

In an extremely uncertain market They advertised and promoted my house with professionalism and kept me very comfortable and I never doubted that I would get my asking price. Thank you Shanti and Ben
