Jess and her team always tries to get the best outcome possible for her clients. It not always a smooth sale or a smooth purchase. This is particularly significant with the Covid 19 Pandemic, but despite trying times, lockdowns and low availabilities of relevant parties, Jess continues to persevere to get the best outcomes in the circumstances. My experience is that while most agents are primarily interested in a sale, Jess places the human factor before self-interest and has displayed remarkable integrity, humility and courage in displaying an interest in human concerns rather than monetary gain.
