Our family have just worked with Kevin Dearlove and his staff at Stone Real Estate Beecroft to sell a house in the area. Their attention to detail, friendliness and efficiency left nothing to be desired. In particular, Anne the Marketing Manager for the Team, stepped us through the process, patiently answered our questions, and encouraged our clean out and repairs to the house prior to placing on the market. James was easy to deal with, direct and clear. Obviously he was acting for the vendor as all agents are but there was no nonsense, his comms were responsive and easy to work with and I'm confident he was working for a mutually beneficial result. Even when he was busy he was quick to action and/or connect with one of his team to get what I asked for.
