My experience with Kevin and his team was exceptional. Being interstate I needed Kevin and his team to bring my house up to scratch after 25 years being rented. The house required work including roof replacement, repairs, painting, flooring and garden maintenance. This was managed in a very professional manner without breaking the budget. Once the house reached a state for sale the team proceeded to into marketing and auction preparations that went very smoothly. Communications, decisions and feedback all went well. I cannot fault any of the process or personal relationships established during the sale, sale preparations or period when Kevin managed the property.

Obviously he was acting for the vendor as all agents are but there was no nonsense, his comms were responsive and easy to work with and I'm confident he was working for a mutually beneficial result.
