We were very impressed with the high level of professionalism shown from our first meeting with Kevin and Anne, through to the recommendations for marketing our house to get the best result and the flexibility to our needs and attention to detail shown throughout. Stone provided a large staff group for the Premier Showing and the Auction Day with multiple agents at each open house during the whole campaign. Kevin provided us with regular feedback and, most importantly, a realistic picture of where we were at each stage of the campaign period. He was flexible with open house times. From the beginning, the attention to detail was outstanding. We received excellent advice on the presentation of our property and the timeline provided was very useful in our planning. The auction procedure was well organised and the auctioneer and the salespeople worked extremely hard to obtain the best result for us.
