If you are looking for the consummate, professional real estate agent then you will find him at Stone Real Estate Beecroft. James has been amazing throughout the very emotional journey I have been on in preparing my parent's home for sale. James has a sound knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in the geographical area where my parent's home is situated, and he was completely realistic about the potential to be achieved at auction. He has supported me throughout all of the decision making period and has arranged everything for me. The stylist, gardener, house wash and a tradesman for minor repairs. Knowing that I could leave these matters in his hands relieved a lot of the pressure on me and the people he employed to carry out these jobs were excellent. I have no doubt at all that in following James' suggestions the price achieved at auction reflected the effort put into the presentation. James kept me fully informed at every stage with what was happening, and the weekly updates were impeccably presented. On top of this he has a wonderful team supporting him - thank you Luke and Kirrily, you have been amazing support. Finally, James is a super friendly and easy to relate to young man who I had complete trust in. I would 100% recommend James Ramsay to anyone looking to sell their property.

Great energy & good result
Chloe and the team at Stone were very professional from day one. She presented with a very enthusiastic attitude, and good upbeat energy which kept us satisfied and confident throughout the campaign. Chloe was very thorough in her follow ups, and explanations. We would recommend Stone to any of our friends as they were a great and friendly team to deal with, and whilst the results were not quite in line with our expectations, overall the team did well to position a strong campaign given the circumstances.

A master in his profession!
Jeff has been really outstanding to deal with. I have now had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff as both a buyer and seller and he always makes the process very seamless. Professional, Efficient and Responsive.
We recently purchased a property from Chloe but had seen her at previous open homes from around the area. Each and every time she was friendly, responsive and communicative. At times, we found it hard to reach other agents, particularly in the current market, but never so with her. She returned communications very quickly and was a pleasure to deal with.
