Professional service from great person
James has always been available to us no matter early in the morning or late in the night for urgent info during the whole process; being very helpful every time we need for contract signing, deposit receipt, inspections and key collection. He is a genuine person with great honesty, trying to help the both side of the transaction and making the whole transaction a great deal for us. Highly recommend to purchase from James as we just did!

Straightforward and simple
Very easy to deal with Chloe, she’s been responsive and approachable via email, text and phone. I put in a pre-auction offer, which was rejected, however I appreciated that the communication was clear, concise and timely. Was eventually successful at auction.
