Exemplary Service
We are extremely pleased with James, Jeff and the team from Stone Real Estate. Upon expressing interest in selling our home, his team promptly prepared all documents ready for the day and this efficiency was evident throughout the whole process. James was very professional, efficient, friendly, contactable and easy to communicate and discuss with. James and Jeff kept us informed with weekly meetings after inspections to discuss results. They understood individual clients' needs and were able to successfully approach the appropriate buyer. Without his and his team's hard work and experience, it would have been a disappointment. We personally thank you for your honesty and hard work in the sale of our residence. Above all, we would like to give a great gratitude to the stylist Caroline to help us to prepare our house for open house inspections and Tom for his professional video. We chose Stone over most popular agent in our area and we had made a right choice. Straightforward and simple
Very easy to deal with Chloe, she’s been responsive and approachable via email, text and phone. I put in a pre-auction offer, which was rejected, however I appreciated that the communication was clear, concise and timely. Was eventually successful at auction.

Most professional agent I ever met
Jeff is the most professional agent I have ever met with. He is very familiar with the whole procedure trading a property and so experienced and thoughtful that he almost helped arrange everything for me. We had frank and efficient conversation every week during inspection period. In this way Jeff kept me being aware of potential purchasers' feedback on my property as well as instant market trend.
