Excellent experience
James and his team are seriously professional, they understood what we expected and acted at our best interest as they could. The communication was always good and smooth. We just rest assure and our property was sold at the quickest timing and at the best market price as it is.

Exceeded expectations
We recently sold our home in Beecroft with Stone and were fortunate enough to have Chloe Mawass as our agent. Chloe was extremely professional, friendly and dedicated in her approach to selling our family home. Professional, Efficient and Responsive.
We recently purchased a property from Chloe but had seen her at previous open homes from around the area. Each and every time she was friendly, responsive and communicative. At times, we found it hard to reach other agents, particularly in the current market, but never so with her. She returned communications very quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend her.

Great agent with 6 star service!
Chloe is a great agent to work with - she has extensive local knowledge and was always able to answer our questions. We went back for inspections a couple of times and Chloe was always very patient to show us the home. Although buying a property is stressful, Chloe’s positive attitude, hard working, and communication skill really made the process a lot easier for us. I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell!

Best agent in Beecroft!!!
We have been looking for a property for a few months and Kevin also kept in touch with us for new listings on or off market. The whole buying process was transparent and we were kept informed on every step of the process. I am impressed how hard Kevin and his team worked and they put the deal together for us not until 10pm that night. We were over the moon that we bought a property in Beecroft and can’t thank Kevin enough for his hard work! He is simply the best agent in Beecroft!

10/10 from the beginning to end!!
My Mum and Dad sold their property with Kevin and the team at Stone. Selling a family home that has been in the family for many decades comes with huge emotional ties and attachment, this was one of the most heavily weighted decisions in my parents life. They entrusted Kevin and his team to manage this and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. My parents are quite out of touch with technology and old school in their thinking, yet Kevin and the team were able to work around this and made the entire process feel seamless. We genuinely felt the whole team wanted the very best outcome for our family. We couldn’t be more thankful and complimentary of the entire experience, it was 10/10 from the start to finish. Sale of Beecroft family home

Every transaction is a pleasure

Chloe did an exceptional job!
Chloe is an extremely personable individual. Always bright and bubbly. Chloe clearly has an intimate knowledge of the local property market, no doubt helped by Chloe having lived in it all of her life.
