Amazing result, Chloe is the hardest working agent I've seen
I'm an ex real estate agent; so when my uncle and auntie fell ill, I was left in charge of getting their home sold. After talking to a number of agents in the area (some of which proved incredibly unprofessional; bad-mouthing other agents and so forth), I decided to go with Chloe.
The house was a very difficult one to sell (a knock-down rebuild, on a tricky block), but Chloe worked incredibly hard to get us top dollar. The amount of inspections she did at the property was incredible, she was down there almost daily. She communicated openly, honestly and consistently.
I can confidently say, you would be crazy to use any agent other than Chloe if you're selling in Beecroft. Not only did she know the area very well; her followup with buyers was second-to-none; and despite it being a tricky sale, she chose to stick it out with us to get an outstanding price; whereas other agents (and I know this from experience) would've just tried to beat us down on price and get a deal done.
Chloe was the right choice for us, and she most likely will be for you too. It's a competitive market there; other agents will say anything to try and get the listing; but Chloe remained honest with us from the start, did not bad-mouth other agents; and got us the result we needed (and one that we're incredibly happy with). You will not be disappointed if you use Chloe as your agent.
