Selling a house for the first time, and currently caught up overseas, I could not have asked for a better level of service than what I got from Paul and his team. I was constantly kept up to date with the outcomes of open houses and the resulting multiple offers received. The marketing of the property was sensational and the final price received was way above expectations, which I put down to his professionalism, experience and knowledge of the market. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough, absolutely brilliant

Selling your home can be quite daunting but I found Paul to be extremely professional, honest and responsive in my dealings with him in selling my home. Paul showed a high level of understanding of the market and communicated this well to me, giving me assurance my property was in the best hands with Paul wanting to achieve the best out come. I did not feel like just another client his enthusiasm was evident in the regular updates and the process was clear and efficient from start to finish. I would strongly recommend Paul and the Stone real estate team.

I got Neil's help to sell my property and he delivered with the best outcomes possible. Neil was completely in touch with the market with professional attention to detail. He kept in touch and updated me constantly. Even with today’s real estate competition Neil kept grounded and was extremely sincere which I call "Good old Fashioned Service". Neil got my property sold quickly on the market with a very high result even in the difficult context of Covid. Neil gave me professional and candid advice on how best market the property before the sale, genuinely worked really hard in the Vendor interest to get the best and quickest sale result while also being fair and very responsive to the buyers' every detailed question. Go with Neil if you want the best sale result for your property! I will recommend Neil to anyone.

We recently purchased a fantastic property in Thirroul from Angela. From first meeting her we were very impressed with her level of professionalism. She greeted us in a very friendly welcoming way and made us feel very comfortable while viewing the property under these difficult Covid times. She answered all our questions about the house as well as the area as we are new to Thirroul having just sold our house in Sydney. She then helped us with the what can be difficult negotiations with the buyer. I would be happy to recommend Angela to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. Tony & Colette Schultz

What a stirling effort on the part of Angela whom achieved a sale at the price we wanted only days after the sign went up. Amazing turnaround.

Paul is an outstanding salesman. His knowledge of the market is excellent. He was able to use his expertise to sell my unit within a couple of days while similar properties remain unsold for weeks! He is honest, transparent and communicated with me at all times. I will recommend him highly.
