A HUGE thank you to Paul & Suzie. An extremely professional team who walked us through the preparation of getting our house ready to go to market, your help & guidance made this such an enjoyable journey, we both loved working with you & can not thank you enough. It was a challenge for you guys given the Covid lock down, but you managed to work around that & our house sold in 6 days ! We wish Paul & all his team at Stone Real Estate all the very best & will recommend you to anyone we know who in the market to purchase/sell property.

What a wonderful transition from listing to sold. Angela is a dedicated professional. Angela’s communication and understanding of this stressful transition for us was 5 star. Angela’s knowledge, marketing skills, negotiating abilities and passion for her clients was extremely impressive. I would not hesitate to appoint Angela for any future property ventures.

Neil provided us with a clear overview of the property sale process. He explained past property market trends and best marketing methods for the current market. He took time to go over all the details of listing our property. Once listed, Neil made regular contact with us, keeping us updated on all our property enquires, open house inspection times and offers made. This regular feedback gave us insight to the effort he puts in to working with potential buyers and keeping us informed. We are very happy with how Neil marketed and sold our property. From this, we felt very confident we made the best choice in having Neil as our property agent.

We were introduced to Neil Webster via the Stone Real Estate agency . We found him to be exceptionally professional , friendly and being of Welsh origins probably helped !! ( we lived for many years in Wales , UK ) . His marker research was very accurate and up- to date and his recommendations regarding our asking price and method of listing the property was spot on . During the whole process from listing to the sale ( about 10 working days !!) Neil was always at hand to answer questions and make the process very smooth . We would recommend him anytime . Our best wishes to Neil Webster & Stone Real Estate . Sanjay & Priti

Ange did an incredible job of keeping the task of selling our property from falling off the rails several times. She worked incredibly hard at balancing empathy with dogged determination to achieve the sale. Came together 20 minutes to go before the deadline. Thanks again Ange for all your effort!

From the moment we met Neil we both knew that he was the right man to sell our beautiful home. Neil and the team were fastidious, they had us do an enormous effort to prepare our home for sale but it was worth the effort. Neil’s warm and friendly demeanour gave us the confidence that his focus was aimed just at us. He didn’t let us down……the gimmick of jumping and swimming in a cold pool fully clothed was priceless……we would recommend him to others. The best agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. A great asset to Stone Realty.
