Excellent!
We found Paul to be professional, honest and 100 percent commited to the sale of our house. Paul was extremely thorough when outlining the process and phoned us regularly to keep us updated along the way. It is obvious that Paul is passionate and has extensive knowledge about the real estate industry, this being one of the reasons we chose Paul to sell our property for the second time around. We highly recommend Paul if you are looking to purchase or sell a property!

I feel as if I made a new friend
In helping me to sell my parents home from mum's estate, Paul Piacentin contacted with me frequently to keep me appraised of progress; always attentive, Paul listened carefully to my comments and questions. He was extremely energetic in negotiations with potential buyers, a compendium of relevant market information and always thoroughly professional. I feel as if I made a new friend. Could not have been happier
We had 100% satisfaction with the sale of our property at 49 William Street, Keiraville. Our agent Paul Piacentin, was exceptional and ensured the process for marketing our property was professional from the very start. We were impressed with Paul's background research on comparable sales in the area and his ability to highlight the positives of our house and surrounding area. Paul's strategy for the sale and his advice was always accurate and we were confident in his approach to potential buyers based on our experience with him as purchasers ourselves. Paul was very well organised right from initial meetings, to the house photos, newspaper and internet advertising and each and every open house. He was quick to give us feedback and provided instantaneous online feedback of people who inspected our property. Paul provided us with confidence throughout the sale process and we could not have been happier with the strategy and our final sale result. Absolute Satisfaction
We could not have been happier with Paul Piacentin and his approach to our purchase of 1/1 Edward Street, North Wollongong. Paul was always courteous, professional and thorough. His knowledge of local real estate, market comparisons, location and the knowledge of the property was second to none. He was always willing to give of his time, answer questions and make the property available for the extra viewing or two. Paul always made us feel valued and was very much in touch with our needs and interests. Most of all he was never 'pushy' and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole sale process. Paul is willing to go that bit extra and investigate any questions or inquiries. His communication was consistently good and he always ensured we were up to date with developments. We were extremely happy and would give Paul our highest recommendations. He is a fantastic operator and we were very pleased with the whole process, happy with our purchase and would no doubt use Paul as our first port of call for any further real estate dealings.

Very Happy with the Service and the Price we got
Paul recently sold my appartment and I was extremely happy with his communication, he always kept me update to what was happening and assisted with making the best decision. The display furniture company they used added a great deal of value to my property too. My property was sold in 7 days and Paul made the process less stressful. Would really recommend Paul.

Purchased & Sold with Paul Piacentin
Dealt with Paul on the purchase of my current property and can only speak highly of his professionalism. The process was straight forward and relatively easy. Paul was in regular communication through out the process and even a number of months after the purchase I have been able to go back to him with any questions about the property and he has always been helpful. As I have dealt with Paul now on the sale of my property and the purchase of my current home I would have to say that I prefer working with him as the seller and have him negotiating the best deal for the sale of my property rather than negotiating against him as a buyer.
