Simone was instrumental in getting the house ready for market, there were so many things i needed to get the house to look it best for buyers and she had so many contacts that were easy to deal with and worked quickly. She was hands on with anything i needed and talked us through the whole process of putting the house on the market and also the option of renting. All the confusing about advertising and getting photos, was dealt with and the house looked great when it hit the market - which i know i so important.

Simone certain had the magic touch, a great communicator and a peoples person. fantastic follow-up with potential buyers, willing to spend the time with private viewings. Not to forget the other part of the team Scott, he made sure that the house presented on the day and if there was anything that needed some attention he was there and fixed it ,no questions asked. Simone was an absolute pleasure to work with from the initial pre sales advice and presentation of our investment unit, all the way through the open house process to the conclusion of accepting our desired sales price.
