After deciding to rent out our home, the first challenge was selecting an agent that would do the best for us. There was little to differentiate between most of the agents we looked up which included both “boutique” and larger companies; Simone stood out because of the information she provided which indicated she was thorough and professional. Hence she made it into our shortlist of agents to meet. As well as being entrusted with our (ex-) home, it was important to us to have someone we got on well with, so after meeting with Simone it was an easy decision to choose her to manage the renting of our house. She got us great tenants for a rental agreement we were happy with; throughout the rental she constantly kept us informed and she managed all those things that go wrong and need fixing in a prompt and practical manner. After making the decision to sell our house, Simone was the logical agent to choose as we admired the commitment she had demonstrated during the rental period, plus we had built up a good relationship and trusted her. As with the rental process, it was evident that Simone had our best interests at heart, and we were always consulted and kept up to date on progress. We were very happy with the final price she negotiated with the buyer.

If you wish to sell your home on the Northern Beaches, the Real Estate sharks start to circle. When my wife and I decided to sell our Avalon Beach home, we contacted the "big name" agents in the area and, to be honest, we were underwhelmed with their slick sales pitches and suggestions of huge advertising and marketing budgets. Our previous experience of property sales had been that smaller, genuinely local agents work harder for the best results. So we were delighted to be referred to Simone. When we met her, we knew she was the person for us. To cut a long story short, she was fantastic. She suggested exactly the right marketing scheme we wanted, then organised and provided it all. Ours was a tough sell in a difficult market, but Simone came through. What my wife and I were most impressed about however was her commitment and dedication to give us the best result and her communication throughout the whole process. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
