Simone managed and marketed my house at 1 Amelia place nth narrabeen which I was reluctant to sell having lived and worked there for 20 years. I still had $300,000 owing on it at age 75 and I wanted to retire and was unable to meet the repayments. My pastor at church gave a sermon about being in debt and I decided to obey God. We had been looking, for what seemed an eternity, for a house suitable for two families to live in. During that search we met with Simone several times. On each occasion Simone was very knowledgeable about the house, the neighbourhood and the market in general. We always felt that Simone was genuine and realistic, never pushy.
