We begun the sales process in March of 2020, the beginning of the Covid pandemic, we were very nervous. Simone guided us through the process clearly and was able to recommend amazing support to get us through, from the cleaning company, the gardener to the carpet layers. It is clear that they have great respect for her and as a result prioritise her clients. When it came time for the photos, we had had terrible rain, our garden was a muddy mess but that didn't deter Ms Sinclair, she was out in the muddy lawn in her black suede boots and a rake, collecting all of the may frangipani leaves that dropped. Her attention to detail and experience styling our home saved us a bundle and made the photos look amazing. The photographer is outstanding and clearly loves working with Simone. The marketing was done, the date was set, we had a number we would sell at. Simone opened our home to over 20 parties on a Saturday morning, and received an offer from what would be the final buyer. We had multiple offers however Simone kindly negotiated past our "number" and the deal was sealed by Sunday evening. She achieved such an amazing result that while out looking for a new home agents would comment on the fantastic outcome. People are still talking up on the hill about how well we did and it triggered many others to sell. We cannot recommend Simone highly enough.
