Simone was instrumental in getting the house ready for market, there were so many things i needed to get the house to look it best for buyers and she had so many contacts that were easy to deal with and worked quickly. She was hands on with anything i needed and talked us through the whole process of putting the house on the market and also the option of renting. All the confusing about advertising and getting photos, was dealt with and the house looked great when it hit the market - which i know i so important.
