We found Simone reliable from the beginning to the End despite not being ON the Island nor having a boat! She took the most beautiful photos of the House with exquisite style and a great eye for details to represent the Lifestyle everyone is after. She had a good read of each prospect & didn’t allow “time wasters” who only end up putting your place down while in reality they just cannot afford it! And that approach was refreshing to us. Simone came highly recommended to us by a friend who had recently sold their house. Simone was very helpful in getting our house on the market, on line and in the paper . She also helped us with preparing our house for the photography session and the subsequent inspections. She was thoroughly professional in all aspects of the selling , both toward us and the potential buyers. She negotiated extra monies for us as the purchasers requested a shorter settlement period. She was also available on call after the exchange of contracts with sound advice as to the winding up of utilities and all the minutiae of winding up to leave our property. We felt we were in safe hands all the way through this rather daunting process.

We begun the sales process in March of 2020, the beginning of the Covid pandemic, we were very nervous. Simone guided us through the process clearly and was able to recommend amazing support to get us through, from the cleaning company, the gardener to the carpet layers. It is clear that they have great respect for her and as a result prioritise her clients. When it came time for the photos, we had had terrible rain, our garden was a muddy mess but that didn't deter Ms Sinclair, she was out in the muddy lawn in her black suede boots and a rake, collecting all of the may frangipani leaves that dropped. Her attention to detail and experience styling our home saved us a bundle and made the photos look amazing. The photographer is outstanding and clearly loves working with Simone. The marketing was done, the date was set, we had a number we would sell at. Simone opened our home to over 20 parties on a Saturday morning, and received an offer from what would be the final buyer. We had multiple offers however Simone kindly negotiated past our "number" and the deal was sealed by Sunday evening. She achieved such an amazing result that while out looking for a new home agents would comment on the fantastic outcome. People are still talking up on the hill about how well we did and it triggered many others to sell. We cannot recommend Simone highly enough. She is warm, funny, knowledgable, experienced, well respected and a fierce negotiator. I am so glad she was in the ring with us. Thank you Simone xxxx
