We found Simone reliable from the beginning to the End despite not being ON the Island nor having a boat! She took the most beautiful photos of the House with exquisite style and a great eye for details to represent the Lifestyle everyone is after. Simone came highly recommended to us by a friend who had recently sold their house. Simone was very helpful in getting our house on the market, on line and in the paper . She also helped us with preparing our house for the photography session and the subsequent inspections. She was thoroughly professional in all aspects of the selling , both toward us and the potential buyers. She negotiated extra monies for us as the purchasers requested a shorter settlement period. She was also available on call after the exchange of contracts with sound advice as to the winding up of utilities and all the minutiae of winding up to leave our property.
