Charlie was the Agent for a Villa Unit we were interested in(and eventually bought) She was always obliging, always ready to assist the negotiating process; and always ready to turn up(on time!) for Inspections, meetings and the like. Always return calls, and take helpful action where needed....and not only in work-hours! Her Office Team do excellent followup with admin work, establishing time-lines, and providing assistance along the path of buying(and selling too, I imagine) An excellent person to act as the go-between for Vendor and Buyer.

Charlie made selling our house an absolute breeze! After our experience purchasing we were slightly terrified to sell with an agent but Charlie made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. She answered every single question we had honestly, gave us suggestions to appeal to the buyers and was in constant contact with us the whole time. We were amazed to have interest before we went to market and to only have a week on the market was a dream.
