Team Charlie was very professional with all aspects of presentation and sale of our property. They were very obliging in opening the house on the days we had other commitments to attend, and relayed the views and comments of all prospective buyers.With the present economy in downturn it took a long time to find our buying as it wasn't the run of the mill house and land sell, but they persisted and we got a good outcome with our price.
