Tori was great to work with, she is friendly, positive and has plenty of professional advice when it came to dealing with the buyers. She was also extremely helpful when we were buying, giving further advice about the property we were interested in. As owner occupiers we are invested in the property we own as it is our home which makes setting a price difficult. I feel she could have maybe been more realistic when setting this initial price however acknowledge it was at a turning point in the market and she worked hard to try and get us as close to that mark as possible once it was obvious it was unachievable.

Along with 3 other estate agents, Charlie gave us an appraisal in 2023 when we first thought of downsizing. We were impressed with her no BS approach and practical advice within the current market status at the time.
